Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 January 2026
These terms govern your use of the Navently website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you engage us for a project, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Our services
Navently designs and builds custom websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Any description of services on this site is for general information; the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and price for your project will be set out in a proposal or contract we agree with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Navently unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we create for a client is transferred as set out in that client's agreement — typically, on full completion and payment.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form or booking a call does not create a contract or obligation on either side. It simply starts a conversation.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party tools such as a form provider and a scheduling provider. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navently is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
